Between June 15th to July 10th we will be undergoing a period of scheduled maintenance to make significant enhancements to our core infrastructure. During this time, our delete API will reject valid requests and return a 202 response. You should expect delete unavailability at any time during this period. All other Keen IO functionality including data storage, collection, and computation will continue to work as expected.
If you are a Pro or Enterprise customer with specific, time-sensitive delete requests that must happen for your organization, please get in touch with your customer success manager.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause your organization. This period of scheduled maintenance is an important step for ensuring and improving Keen’s long-term reliability and performance. Reliability and uptime is incredibly important to us and we will do our best to lift the delete moratorium as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
